Estheticians are skincare specialists who provide a range of services aimed at enhancing the appearance and health of their client’s skin. From facials and chemical peels to hair removal and makeup application, estheticians employ various techniques and treatments to address clients’ skincare concerns. Beyond technical skills, estheticians also possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate skincare regimens.
1. Apply for a School With an Esthetics Program.
The first step to becoming an esthetician in Oklahoma is by applying to a local school that offers an esthetics program. Most esthetics programs focus on facial treatments, makeup application and hair removal. At Elite Academy of Cosmetology, our 600-hour esthetics program is broken down into:

Licensed estheticians can also have the opportunity to take additional training courses to become certified in services such as microblading, lash extensions, and advanced makeup applications.
We greatly value our students’ education and want them to get as much hands-on practice as possible.
